Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager -Electronics to manage sourcing and procurement of electronic components for our R&D; and hardware teams. The candidate should have experience in electronics sourcing, supply chain, vendor management, procurement, supplier development, and new product development (NPI).

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure electronic components, semiconductors, PCBs, connectors, sensors, ICs, passive components, and other hardware materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers.
- Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation), price negotiation, supplier selection, purchase planning, and contract management.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Hardware, Engineering, Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to understand component requirements.
- Support prototype builds, NPI (New Product Introduction), and pre-production projects by ensuring timely component availability.
- Find alternate components during shortages or end-of-life situations.
- Build strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery timelines, and cost.
- Handle risks related to component shortages, obsolete parts, single-source suppliers, and supply chain disruptions.
- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and supplier optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with RoHS, REACH,



Conflict Minerals, and other industry standards.
- Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) for procurement and supply chain activities.
- Manage BOM (Bill of Materials), ECN (Engineering Change Notification), inventory planning, and procurement documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-8 years of experience in Electronics Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management
- Positive knowledge of Electronic Components
- Experience in sourcing:

- Strong understanding of BOM Management
- Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) and ECN

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication / Supply Chain / Procurement / Business
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, Embedded Systems, Hardware R&D;, Semiconductor Industry, EMS Companies, IoT, Automotive Electronics will be preferred
