Job Summary

- We are looking for a creative and strategic Copy Lead to oversee brand communication and content development across multiple platforms.
- The ideal candidate will lead the copy team, develop compelling messaging, ensure brand consistency, and deliver high-quality content that supports marketing, advertising, digital, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all copywriting requirements across digital, social media, advertising, emailers, campaigns, and internal communication.
- Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy aligned with brand tone and business goals.
- Supervise and mentor junior copywriters
- Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, sales teams, and stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Create campaign concepts, taglines, scripts, and communication strategies.
- Review and edit content to maintain quality, grammar, consistency, and brand voice.
- Ensure timely delivery of all content requirements and campaign deadlines.
- Conduct market and competitor research to develop impactful communication strategies.
- Contribute to content planning, branding initiatives, and creative brainstorming sessions.




- Maintain content calendars and oversee content approval workflows.
- Optimize digital content for SEO and audience engagement where required.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting/content/creative communication.
- Robust portfolio showcasing campaign work, brand communication, and creative writing.
- Excellent command of English grammar, storytelling, and communication.
- Ability to handle multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
- Experience in advertising agencies, digital marketing, or branding environments preferred.
- Understanding of SEO, social media trends, and digital communication is an added advantage.
