We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in building a world-class team. You'll partner with hiring managers to attract, identify, and engage top talent, and shape our recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment needs and goals.
- Market Mapping & Talent Insights: Use market research and data to identify and attract top candidates.
- Source & Engage Talent: Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media to identify high-potential candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and transparent process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Screen & Interview: Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit.
- Offer Management & Onboarding:



Manage offer negotiations and collaborate on a smooth onboarding experience.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Employer Branding: Promote our culture through engaging content and initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

- Solid talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record in high-quality hiring
- Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with ATS and CRM tools.
