We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management (IC role) to lead product strategy and execution for a key product area. This role involves driving product vision and partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product line
- Translate business goals and customer needs into a clear, prioritised product roadmap
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product delivery
- Drive data-informed decision-making using market research, user feedback, and analytics
- Own key product metrics (adoption, retention, revenue impact) and report progress to leadership
- Represent the product function in strategic discussions with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and overall company objectives




- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate roadmap trade-offs effectively
- Foster a culture of experimentation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement within the team

Required Qualifications

- 7-10+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of owning and delivering successful products at scale
- Solid analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
- Experience developing product strategy and roadmaps aligned to business goals
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and grow product management talent

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Aviation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with product analytics tools
