Key Skills

- Basic knowledge of process equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, pumps, and utility systems.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, P&IDs;, equipment layouts, and utility flow diagrams.
- Familiarity with project planning, execution, and site coordination activities.
- Knowledge of GMP, EHS, and pharmaceutical industry requirements will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in execution of plant modification, expansion, and CAPEX projects.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, EHS, Procurement, and external contractors for smooth project execution.




- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Support preparation and review of engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
- Supervise equipment installation, piping works, structural works, and utility modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, and project quality standards.
- Participate in equipment inspections, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Prepare project progress reports, MOMs, and documentation.
- Support shutdown planning and execution activities.
