Key Responsibilities

- Supervise overall cinema operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure movie shows start and end on time.
- Coordinate with Box Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Projection teams.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the cinema.
- Conduct pre-opening and closing checks.
- Supervise staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure all POS systems and equipment are functioning properly.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to the Cinema Manager.
- Support sales and promotional activities to improve guest satisfaction and revenue.





Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
- 24 years of experience in cinema, hospitality, retail, or QSR operations is preferred.
- Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills may also be considered, depending on the employer.
