Role & responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of plastic materials and injection molding processes.
- Knowledge of Injection Molding (IM) and Injection Blow Molding (IBM) machine operations.
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of production documentation, BMR, GDP, and cGMP.
- Knowledge of scrap reduction and material handling.
- Positive communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Strong teamwork and manpower management skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under production targets and quality standards.
