Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage industrial construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee site operations, monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 20-30 years of experience in civil project management or related field (construction industry).
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
