Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our retail business by identifying new opportunities, building robust client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with a strong understanding of the retail market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new retail customers, distributors, and channel partners.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.





Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

4-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or retail operations.
