The incumbent shall be responsible for creative and efficient designs for air pollution control equipment ensuring compliance with specifications and standards with a focus on the following areas:
1. Demonstrate a robust understanding of core engineering principles to drive the design process effectively.
2. Assess customer requirements, ensuring alignment with product flexibility, and integrate them into the design process.
3. Design products while considering cost constraints and optimization to achieve efficient solutions.
4. Generate a comprehensive bill of materials (BOM) for the entire designed product, serving as master data.
5. Coordinate the creation of requisitions for various subparts to meet product requirements.
6. Develop layouts for entire process lines based on client specifications.
7. Create fabrication and General Arrangement (GA) drawings tailored for manufacturing purposes.
8. Identify and implement process improvements from both design and manufacturing perspectives.
