Position:- Resource Management Group. ( RMG)

Experience: 4-6 Yrs.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in HR/MBA, or a related field.

Location: Airoli Navi Mumbai.

Joining: Immediate (Immediate joiners preferred .

1. Resource Management (RMG):

- Manage end-to-end resource allocation based on project requirements and skill sets
- Track and monitor resource utilization, availability, and bench strength
- Coordinate with project managers for demand planning and fulfilment.
- Ensure optimal deployment and minimize unbilled/bench period.
- Maintain and update resource tracking systems and dashboards.

2. Leave & Attendance Reconciliation:

- Perform daily attendance tracking and monitor employee login/logout, working hours, and deviations
- Ensure timely attendance regularization by coordinating with employees and respective project managers
- Validate and reconcile attendance data through HRMS




- Identify discrepancies such as missing attendance, incorrect leave entries, or timesheet gaps and drive timely resolution
- Monitor and manage leave records, ensuring adherence to leave policies and approval workflows
- Maintain accuracy of leave balances and attendance records in the system
- Share periodic reports on attendance, regularization status, and exceptions with stakeholders
- Escalate non-compliance or repeated deviations to relevant stakeholders for corrective action.

Required Skills:

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management .
- High attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience in HRMS / workforce management tools
