Role Summary

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart while mentoring junior developers and ensuring performance, scalability, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code.
- Follow SOLID, DRY, KISS, and standard coding practices.
- Handle features independently from requirement analysis to production release.
- Review code and mentor junior developers.
- Debug production and platform-specific issues.
- Collaborate with product, backend, design, and QA teams.

Prior Experience

- 4-6 years of mobile application development experience.
- Robust production experience with Flutter.
- Applications published on Play Store or App Store.
- Experience with scalable consumer, service, e-commerce, or transaction-based applications.




- Native Android or iOS knowledge is an advantage.

Required Skills

- Flutter and Dart
- Flutter widgets, lifecycle, navigation, responsive UI, async programming, streams, and null safety
- State management: Bloc/Cubit, GetX, Provider, Riverpod
- REST APIs, WebSockets, payment gateways, push notifications, maps, deep links, analytics, and third-party SDKs
- Clean Architecture, MVC/MVVM/MVX, Repository Pattern, modular architecture, and dependency injection
- Firebase, local databases, caching, offline handling, and background services
- Unit, widget, integration, Bloc/controller, performance, and security testing
- Encryption, secure token storage, API security, certificate pinning, root/jailbreak detection, code obfuscation, and OWASP mobile security
- Git, CI/CD, code reviews, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization
- Android/iOS build, signing, deployment, Play Store, App Store, and TestFlight
- AI agents and LLM integrations (multimodal LLM experience is optional)
