Role Specification: To plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor electrical projects involving HFTR (High Frequency Transformer Rectifier) Systems, Control Panels, ESP Systems, Rectifiers, and associated electrical equipment. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer specifications and company quality standardsJob Purpose: To manage end-to-end execution of electrical projects by coordinating with internal departments, customers, vendors, and site teams for the successful installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HFTR, ESP, Control Panel, and Power Electronics systems.Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Person / Competency SpecificationEssential:Desirable:Knowledge:Knowledge of Electrical Systems, HFTR, ESP Systems, Control Panels, Transformers, Rectifiers, MCC Panels, LT Panels, and Industrial Power Electronics.

Ability to read Electrical Drawings, SLDs, Wiring Diagrams, and GA Drawings.

Project Planning, Site Execution, and Commissioning Knowledge.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Valuable communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, VFD, and Industrial Automation Systems.

SAP/ERP exposure and Project Management Certification





Experience in customer-facing project execution.

Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of international project standards and documentation.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Electrical & Electronics Engineering).
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.
- 28 years of experience in Electrical Project Management, Site Execution, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning.

- Experience in HFTR, ESP Systems, Control Panels, Power Electronics, Transformers, or Industrial Electrical Projects will be preferred.
