We are looking for an experienced **Civil Engineer** with a strong background in **project execution**. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in **RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) projects** and should be capable of managing site execution activities from start to finish.
## Key Responsibilities
* Execute and supervise civil construction projects at the site.
* Manage RCC works, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and structural activities.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within quality standards.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
* Maintain site records,
progress reports, and documentation.
* Resolve execution-related issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
## Mandatory Requirements
* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* **14 to 17 years of relevant experience in Civil Project Execution.**
* **Hands-on experience in RCC projects is mandatory.**
* **Purely Civil Engineering execution experience is required.**
* **Mumbai-based candidates only.**
* **Relocation candidates will NOT be considered.**
* **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.**
## Preferred Skills
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
