Roles & Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot, repair, and validate electrical and electronic systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
2. Perform electrical assembly, cable harness inspection, connector termination, and component replacement.
3. Conduct PCB validation, SMD soldering, PCB bring-up, and subsystem-level hardware verification.
4. Validate communication interfaces including RS485, RS232, CAN, UART, I2C, and SPI, ensuring signal integrity.
5. Assist in vehicle electrical integration, including wiring harnesses, sensors, thrusters, and power systems.
6. Execute system-level testing, including bench, tank, load, and endurance tests, and support pre-deployment and post-deployment validation.
7. Develop and maintain test procedures, test jigs, validation checklists, and test logs.
8. Diagnose electrical and electronic failures, perform root cause analysis, and provide feedback to senior engineers and the design team.
9. Maintain accurate technical documentation and track inventory for critical electrical and electronic components.
10. Demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals, analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
