Role: Assistant Regional Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive channel sales growth by developing new franchisees and strengthening existing channel partnerships.
- Manage and mentor multi-city channel sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Ensure franchisee compliance with company policies and operational standards.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand the channel network.
- Conduct training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to improve business performance.
- Ensure excellent customer experience, effective product visibility, and smooth day-to-day channel operations.

Eligibility:

Graduation (MBA preferred)

8 - 10 years of experience in Channel Sales & Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Logistics/Express industry with robust expertise in Franchisee Management
