a. Leading various HR initiatives for employee engagement, management
b. Training, learning and development of employees across levels for various subjects
c. Hiring of employees across levels
d. Designing, implementing, monitoring of performance metrics across levels
e. Working closely with management for culture development
f. Managing team of regional HR employees
g. Handling HR compliances – PF, ESIC, Labour Law etc.
