QWay Healthcare is a leading healthcare technology company delivering innovative Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. We are expanding our cloud infrastructure to AWS and are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead our Kubernetes migration and cloud infrastructure initiatives.

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes and AWS to migrate our on-premises Kubernetes environment to AWS EKS and manage production cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with container orchestration, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and cloud security.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead migration of on-premises Kubernetes workloads to AWS EKS.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Configure Ingress, Load Balancers, SSL/TLS, storage (EBS/EFS), and networking.
- Manage PostgreSQL deployments on Kubernetes or AWS RDS.
- Implement monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and CloudWatch.
- Integrate applications with LDAP/Active Directory and implement SSO.
- Ensure Kubernetes security, secrets management, backups,



and HIPAA compliance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize infrastructure performance and AWS costs.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration (Pods, Deployments, Services, Helm, Ingress).
- Strong experience with AWS services including EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC, EBS, EFS, S3, Route53, and CloudWatch.
- Expertise in Docker, Linux administration, Bash/Python scripting, and automation.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Positive understanding of networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, NGINX, SSL/TLS, and load balancing.

Preferred Skills

- GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD)
- PostgreSQL administration
- Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd)
- Microservices architecture
- Healthcare/HIPAA compliance experience

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- AWS and Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD/AWS) are preferred.
