A leading Big4 organization is looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead a multidisciplinary creative team and drive high-impact proposals, sales pursuits, and go-to-market initiatives.

Level: Executive Manager
Experience: 13–17 years
Shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST
Employment: Full-Time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, videographers, and UI/UX specialists
Define creative strategy for proposals, pursuits, and go-to-market initiatives
Partner with US and global leadership to align priorities and delivery standards
Apply design thinking to transform complex business ideas into compelling visual stories
Drive innovation, quality, resource optimization, and team development
Leverage AI and automation to improve creative workflows and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

13–17 years of relevant experience




3+ years as a Creative Lead in an agency or professional services environment
5+ years in sales, business development, proposals, or pursuit support
Strong creative strategy, branding, visual storytelling, and design-thinking expertise
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary creative teams
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, UI/UX, digital media, video production, and DAM
Experience with Generative AI and creative automation
Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and negotiation skills
Solid online portfolio across multiple creative channels
Postgraduate degree/equivalent in Fine Arts, Media, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
Agile and Workfront exposure is an added advantage
