- The team is organized regionally and is based in different locations, each region is further divided into clusters, and each cluster into a set of campuses.
About the profile:
- Contribute to, and execute the annual operating plan targets across their cluster and set of campuses within it.
- Ensure the placements of the entire set of students across different programs and campuses as per the annual operating plan targets, within their cluster.
- Manage day-to-day the corporate relations team across different campuses of their cluster.
- Proactively resolve team issues and operational issues to ensure effective, productive, and seamless operations.
- Set up and maintain best practices in placement operations and help establish systems for data-driven decision making in their cluster
- Drive initiatives in corporate relations to identify and drive growth across their cluster and region.
- Ensure NSE top 500 corporates are recruiting from Sunstone.
