Senior Blue Prism Developer | Bangalore | Hybrid

Experience: 5-8 Years
Location: Bangalore (Adugodi Road, Dr. MH Marigowda Road)
Duration: 9 Months Contract
Shift: 12 PM 9:30 PMRegular

Mode: Hybrid (23 Days WFO)

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automations.
- Build reusable objects and processes following RPA best practices.
- Handle work queues, exception management, logging, and production support.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.

Required Skills:

- 3–5+ years of hands-on Blue Prism development experience (v6.x/v7.x).
- Expertise in Object Studio, Process Studio, Control Room, Work Queues, and Credential Manager.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, exception handling, and queue management.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Robust analytical and stakeholder management skills.

PF is mandatory for all previous organizations.
Willingness to support global stakeholders and occasional after-hours deployments.
