Role Overview

The consultant will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services across the Indian market.

The ideal candidate should have an extensive network within IT Services, GCCs, Captive Centers, Product Companies, Consulting Firms, and Enterprise Organizations with ongoing technology hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Domestic IT Staffing and Recruitment Services.
- Acquire new clients requiring permanent technology hiring.
- Build relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Hiring Managers, Delivery Managers, and Business Unit Heads.
- Identify staffing opportunities across SAP, Salesforce, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP, Infrastructure, Digital Technologies, and Product Engineering.
- Schedule client meetings and present Hucon's recruitment capabilities.




- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for requirement understanding and timely delivery.
- Support commercial discussions and vendor empanelment opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and provide regular business updates.
- Work towards mutually agreed business targets.
- Required Skills

- 8+ years of Business Development experience in the IT Staffing / Recruitment industry.
- Strong network within IT Services, GCCs, Captive Centers, Product Companies, and Enterprises.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and new business development.
- Good understanding of Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in vendor empanelment and staffing contracts will be an added advantage.
