Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute specification strategies to increase ACP product approvals in upcoming projects.
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, faade consultants, builders, developers, and project management consultants.
- Identify upcoming commercial, residential, hospitality, institutional, and infrastructure projects and generate leads.
- Conduct regular meetings with architects and consultants to promote and specify ACP products.
- Ensure company products are specified in BOQs, tender documents, and project specifications.
- Conduct product presentations, technical presentations, CPD sessions, and sample demonstrations for architects and consultants.
- Provide technical support regarding ACP applications, product specifications,



fire ratings, finishes, thicknesses, and installation requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong architect and consultant database and track specification opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales, project, and technical teams to convert specified projects into actual orders.
- Monitor project progress from specification stage to tender, quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
- Track competitor products, specifications, pricing, and market activities.
- Develop relationships with fabricators, applicators, dealers, and contractors to support project conversion.
- Prepare regular reports on current specifications, project pipeline, conversions, and market activities.
- Achieve assigned specification, project conversion, and revenue targets.
