The Transition Lead ensures that all aspects of the transition are aligned with organizational objectives, facilitating readiness and smooth execution while minimizing any potential disruptions to ongoing operations. Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during transitions.
- Monitor progress and identify risks or issues that could impact the transition timeline or quality.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their development.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to maintain transparency and manage expectations throughout the transition process.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Solid understanding of IT operations management and discovery processes.
- Experience in managing complex transition projects involving multiple teams and technologies.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to service discovery and integration.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to plan and execute knowledge transfer sessions and documentation.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
