This is a non-technical, fully remote position where your primary role is to communicate with people, coordinate tasks, organize documentation, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. No healthcare experience is requiredwe'll provide all the training you need.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients, families, and team members via phone, SMS, and email.
- Coordinate appointments and follow up to keep tasks moving.
- Build positive relationships through clear and professional communication.
- Review and organize documentation for completeness.
- Maintain accurate records and update information as needed.
- Solve scheduling and communication challenges with a positive attitude.
- Work closely with the team to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Perform general administrative and coordination tasks.

- Organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Work Schedule
- 100% Remote
- Night Shift (U.S. Central Time)
- Must be available to work during U.S. Central Time (CT) morning hours.
