Role & responsibilities :

- Required candidates would need to make around 40 -50 oubound calls a day to prospective customers and may receive equal number of incoming calls also
- Encourage and support customer to upload information through FOSS tool.
- Rigorous follow up for queries with customer and deliver on committed TAT on the quote submission
- Build strong engagement level with pricing desk teams across the country to ensure sharper and committed TAT to the customer , to ensure higher customer satisfaction .
- To ensure monthly sales target is achieved and give customized solutions to customer exceeding expectations .
- Selected candidates need to build a approach to deliver solutions to the customer which will involve flexibility and having a can do attitude approach

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate should have 2-3 years experience in managing express business / Inside sales role with past experience would be advantageous
- Having a freight background exposure (Express Logistics, Courier, Freight,



or Supply Chain industry) will be beneficial
- Role requires interaction with internal stakeholders sales / ops / finance with the country and network if required .
- External engagement Good command over English and local language (TAMIL) is a must , depending upon customer location management
- Customer handling and relationship management experience
- Candidates must be assertive, patient & display strong push and pull approach to convince and get incremental business from scratch from customer.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Solid follow-up and negotiation skills
