About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with robust expertise in Core .NET development and AI-powered application development, along with exposure to modern frontend technologies such as React. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling intelligent enterprise applications, leveraging AI technologies, cloud-native architectures, and modern software engineering practices to deliver innovative solutions for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and AI technologies.
- Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Generative AI capabilities, and intelligent automation features within enterprise applications.
- Architect and develop robust RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and enhance modern web applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless integration with backend services and a superior user experience.
- Participate in technical design discussions,



architecture reviews, sprint planning, and code reviews while promoting engineering best practices.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI frameworks, tools, and technologies to improve product capabilities and development efficiency.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, testing strategies, and software development lifecycle processes.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, containerized environments, and production operations.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and modern web development frameworks to drive innovation within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Expertise

- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience working with Generative AI technologies, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AI Agents, RAG architectures, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and AI application integration patterns.




- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Good working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and distributed system design.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles including SOLID, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience building AI copilots, chatbots, virtual assistants, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or similar AI platforms.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and DevOps tools.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, DataDog, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to modern frontend component libraries and UI frameworks.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and their practical application in enterprise software development.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI Agent frameworks and multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals and model integration.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.
