We are looking for an honest, process-driven Store Officer who specializes in managing high-value electronics inventory. The successful candidate will introduce strict material-in/material-out protocols, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy and zero unauthorized movement of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of all electronic components, ensuring daily physical verification matches ERP/system stock.
- Material Issuance: Strictly enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and issue materials to the production floor only against approved Bill of Materials (BOM) and authorized indents.
- Secure Storage: Ensure proper storage of sensitive electronic items (anti-static environments, moisture control for LED chips/PCBs).
- Scrap & Rejection Tracking: Maintain a transparent, locked system for rejected components and production scrap to avoid theft or misuse.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate (b.com) with a certification in Materials Management preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years handling stores specifically in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or LED lighting plants.
- Skills: High proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Busy/Tally), strong documentation skills, and absolute personal integrity.
