Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of the Profound platform.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Configure and customize the platform based on business needs.

• Design and implement enterprise workflows and automation processes.

• Integrate Profound with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.

• Configure user roles, permissions, authentication, and security settings.

• Perform data migration, validation, and synchronization activities.

• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

• Support system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and implementation documentation.

• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous improvements.





• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions.

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring the Profound platform.

• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integrations.

• Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, and XML.

• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Familiarity with workflow automation and business process optimization.

• Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in client-facing environments.
