To prepare accurate cost estimations, BOQs, and technical proposals for cleanroom and HVAC systems in mission-critical industries such as Semiconductor, Battery Manufacturing, and Solar (PV) projects by analyzing project requirements, ensuring cost-effectiveness, contamination control compliance, and supporting the tendering and business development process.

1. Project Design and Planning

a) Design HVAC and cleanroom systems for mission-critical facilities (Semiconductor, Battery, Solar, and high-tech industrial projects)

Perform heat load calculations, airflow, and contamination control analysis to determine project requirements.

b) Coordinate with clients to understand project specifications and stringent cleanroom requirements.

2. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation

a) Prepare detailed BOQs based on drawings and client requirements for cleanroom and HVAC projects.

b) Conduct quantity take-offs and estimation for project costing with focus on high-purity materials and systems.

3. Project Cost Estimation and Tendering

a) Prepare accurate project cost estimates including materials, labor, and overheads for cleanroom projects.

Participate in tendering processes and ensure compliance with ISO 14644, GMP (where applicable), and industry-specific standards

Prepare techno-commercial proposals and bid submissions.

4. Coordination and Collaboration

a) Coordinate with clients, vendors, marketing, execution, and purchase teams.

b) Ensure alignment of estimation with project scope, cleanroom classification, and timelines.

5. Vendor Management and Negotiation

a) Develop and maintain vendor relationships for technical and commercial aspects of cleanroom equipment, HVAC, and high-purity systems.

b) Negotiate pricing, technical specifications, and delivery terms.

6. Marketing Support

a) Assist in pre-bid, post-bid, and negotiation meetings.

b) Provide technical inputs and clarifications to the marketing/sales team.

7. Continuous Learning and Development

a) Stay updated on cleanroom technologies, HVAC systems, and advancements in Semiconductor, Battery, and Solar manufacturing facilities.

b) Continuously enhance technical and estimation capabilities.
