About the Role
We are looking for a highly result-oriented SEO Specialist who can drive qualified organic lead
generation for our B2B SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in
improving search visibility, increasing high-intent organic traffic, and converting visitors into
qualified sales leads.
This role is not focused only on improving keyword rankingsit is focused on delivering measurable
business outcomes through SEO.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to increase qualified organic leads.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research with a focus on commercial and high-intent search
terms.

Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website
performance.
Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and Core Web
Vitals.
Build topical authority through content clusters, pillar pages, landing pages, comparison
pages, and case studies.
Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to create SEO-optimized
content.
Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns through digital PR, guest posting, and
outreach.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs,
SEMrush, or similar tools.

Track keyword rankings, traffic,



conversion rates, and organic lead generation.
Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities to outperform them.
Improve organic conversion rates by working closely with marketing and product teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills

Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush,
Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.

Strong understanding of keyword intent, topical authority, E-E-A-T, schema markup, and
Core Web Vitals.

Experience with content strategy for B2B SaaS products.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture from an SEO
perspective.

Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO analytics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in international SEO targeting the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and APAC
markets.
