Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Engineer MEPF to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day MEPF site activities, ensuring smooth execution of work, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with all project stakeholders for timely project completion.

Core Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily MEPF site activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor the installation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD and engineering drawings for accurate site execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan and monitor work progress to achieve project milestones within the given timelines.
- Raise material requisitions, coordinate timely deliveries, and keep track of material consumption at site.




- Verify measurements and maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, material records, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and approved construction practices.
- Identify site execution issues, coordinate with the concerned teams, and help resolve them efficiently.
- Assist in inspections, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
- Review contractor measurements and bills whenever required.
- Support effective cost control by ensuring proper utilization of materials and resources.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of MEP site execution experience.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel across project sites.
