Role & responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements from plant, logistics, and commercial teams • Map current-state processes (fleet/logistics scheduling, plant maintenance, retail station ops) and define target-state workflows • Act as functional owner during build/test cycles validate outputs against real O&G; operations • Support change management and end-user training/rollout
Requirements
- Background in Oil & Gas, LNG/CNG, or industrial operations (logistics, plant, or supply chain) • Basic coding literacy (able to read Python/SQL, write easy scripts) and general AWS familiarity • Strong stakeholder management comfortable working with plant staff and executives alike • Willingness to travel/work on-site in Nigeria
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP or ERP systems, exposure to AWS Bedrock/low-code tools, prior consulting background
