Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Integration Engineer to support the assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems and PCBs. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PCB rework, IC replacement, soldering, and debugging electronic assemblies. The role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced R&D; and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform PCB assembly, integration, and functional testing of electronic systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair PCB-level faults.
- Carry out IC-level rework, including replacement of SMD components, BGAs (where applicable), connectors, and other electronic components.
- Perform precision soldering and de-soldering using hot air rework stations and soldering equipment.
- Inspect PCBs using microscopes and other inspection tools to identify soldering defects and component issues.
- Conduct continuity, power, and signal integrity checks using electronic test equipment.
- Use oscilloscopes, digital multimeters,



power supplies, and logic analyzers for debugging electronic circuits.
- Support prototype builds, product integration, and validation activities.
- Perform functional testing and maintain test records and repair logs.
- Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices during assembly and repair.
- Coordinate with design, hardware, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring failures.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during assembly, rework, and testing activities.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in IC-level rework and PCB repair.
- Hands-on experience with SMD component replacement and fine-pitch soldering.
- Proficiency in using:
- Hot air rework stations
- Soldering stations
- Digital multimeters
- Oscilloscopes
- Microscopes
- Bench power supplies
- Other electronic test and rework tools

- Good understanding of electronic components, PCB layouts, and circuit diagrams.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair PCB-level issues.
- Familiarity with ESD handling procedures and IPC workmanship standards.
- Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
