Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Team Leader to lead a team of sales executives in promoting banking products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Credit Cards, and other financial products. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to achieve business targets through effective team management.

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Drive the team to achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Assign daily sales activities and monitor team performance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Support the team in generating leads and converting prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Coordinate with banking partners and internal departments for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Resolve customer and team-related issues promptly.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Experience in handling a sales team is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
