- Additional Requirements
- Must have experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Industry.
- Experience on JSW, Engel, Toshiba, Haitian, or similar injection moulding machines.
- Knowledge of PP, HDPE, LDPE and food-grade plastic processing.
- Able to set machine parameters independently.
- Robust troubleshooting skills for moulding defects.
- Knowledge of hot runner systems.
- Understanding of mould maintenance.
- Ability to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
- Experience handling IML (In-Mould Labeling) machines will be preferred.
- Knowledge of quality systems and root cause analysis.
- Leadership experience in handling machine operators and shift production.
