Sales & Client Coordination

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and update jewellery catalogues based on seasonal collections and market trends.
- Generate new business leads through social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide timely project updates.
- Research market trends and coordinate new jewellery design developments.
- Manage client design requirements and maintain organized client folders.
- Coordinate with CAD designers by sharing design specifications, references, dimensions, and technical details.
- Follow up on urgent CAD designs and obtain client approvals.
- Maintain records of pending, approved, and completed designs.
- Track production status through the ERP system after order confirmation.
- Coordinate with production departments to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Prepare and monitor urgent production lists for priority shipments.
- Capture production videos of customized jewellery for client updates.




- Prepare invoices and shipment documentation.
- Email invoices and shipment tracking details to clients.
- Create product certificates for customized jewellery using Adobe Photoshop.
- Generate production reports in Excel, convert them to PDF, and share them with clients.
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and WhatsApp Business.
- Understanding of invoice preparation and shipment documentation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of jewellery designs and manufacturing processes is preferred.
