? Position: Team Leader – BPO

? Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

? Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a BPO Team Leader.

Experience with Zomato, Swiggy, or other food delivery/quick commerce processes will be preferred.

Strong team handling and leadership skills.

? Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance.

Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.

Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.





Prepare and share daily performance reports with management.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Motivate the team to achieve business goals and maintain high performance.

✅ Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
