• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Solarkia Energy's solar panel products and services.

• Qualify incoming leads, capture client requirements (rooftop space, power consumption), and schedule meetings for the field sales team.

• Maintain a structured database of called clients along with regular updates in the CRM system.

• Follow up consistently with cold or warm leads to maximize interest conversion.

• Achieve daily call volume metrics and lead generation targets while delivering excellent customer service.
