Job Overview:We are hiring candidates who can handle telecalling + field visits + business onboarding.

Your main goal is to:

? List PG/Hostel/Property on our platform (MySmartPG)

? Register them on our management system

- ? Key Responsibilities:

? Telecalling

- Call PG owners / property owners
- Explain platform perks
- Fix meetings / generate leads

- ? Field Sales
- Visit PGs, hostels, and properties
- Convince owners to list their property
- Onboard them on platform

? Portal Work

- Add property on marketplace
- Register property in management panel
- Collect basic details, photos, pricing

- ✅ Required Skills:
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident in talking & convincing
- Must be comfortable with field work
- Basic mobile + internet knowledge

? Incentive Structure

? Per Property Listing: ₹100 – ₹300

? Per Successful Registration: ₹300 – ₹800

? Monthly Bonus on target completion

? Good performers can earn ₹15K–₹30K total monthly
