Job Summary

Sales & Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for generating bookings, building relationships with corporate and individual clients, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to check-out. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Generate room bookings through corporate clients, travel agents, online inquiries, and walk-in guests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate companies, travel partners, relocation agencies, and event organizers.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Meet monthly sales and occupancy targets.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close bookings.

Customer Relations

- Handle guest inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to all customer requests.




- Build long-term relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients.
- Resolve guest concerns and coordinate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect guest feedback and recommend service improvements.

Reservation & Coordination

- Manage reservations and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and operations to ensure guest readiness.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
- Follow up on inquiries and pending bookings.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/booking software is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
