Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the project.

• Conduct project presentations and sample flat walkthroughs.

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

• Maintain customer records and CRM.

• Coordinate site visits and follow-ups.

• Work closely with the marketing team to manage enquiries.

• Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the customer journey.
