- Job ResponsibilitiesVerify the Count, Quantity & Quality (3Q Verification) of all stock received from the Store and Base Kitchen.
- Match the physical stock with the approved indent.
- Check raw materials such as rice, atta, dal, sugar, vegetables, chicken, fish, eggs, oil, spices, etc.
- Verify PAD items such as water bottles, chips, cakes, biscuits, beverages, tissues, and other packed products.
- Inspect freshness, packaging, expiry dates, and product quality.
- Report shortages, excess stock, damaged or expired items immediately.
- Complete stock verification before loading into the train.
- Hand over verified stock to the Rake Manager and maintain proper handover records.
- Coordinate with Store, Base Kitchen, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely train departures.
