Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with prospects through calls and online platforms.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through outbound calls, online research, and social media.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Maintain and update lead databases in Excel or CRM.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Explain company services and answer customer queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Prepare daily activity and lead generation reports.
- RequirementsGraduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can apply).
- 0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Internet browsing.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
