Position: Sales Manager – Agency

Industry: Life Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors.

Train, guide, and manage advisors to achieve business targets.

Generate current business through advisors and direct customer acquisition.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct regular advisor meetings and performance reviews.

Ensure monthly sales and productivity targets are achieved.

Attend company training programs and comply with organizational policies.

Role Type: Field Sales

Eligibility:

Graduate (Mandatory)

2–3 years of sales experience (Insurance preferred)

Local candidates preferred

Personal vehicle is mandatory

Good communication, negotiation, networking, and team management skills

CTC: ₹2 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Locations: Bangalore, Kottayam and Trivandrum
