Position: Collection Agent

? Location: Najafgarh, Delhi

Salary: (Based on experience and interview performance)

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 12th/Graduate (Bachelor's Degree)

Experience: 6 months to 4 years in collections, recovery, or a similar role (preferably in an NBFC, BFSI, or financial services company)

DRA and Non-DRA are welcome

Key Requirements:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Experience in collection and recovery processes

Ability to build positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections

Self-motivated,



target-oriented, and able to work independently

Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for overdue payments

Achieve assigned collection targets

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
