Job Description:We are looking for a Telecalling Collection Executive who will be responsible for calling customers to recover pending payments or dues. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a polite approach, and the ability to convince customers professionally.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments
- Remind and follow up on pending dues politely and professionally
- Explain payment terms and resolve basic customer queries
- Maintain records of calls, conversations, and payment status
- Update collection database and share daily reports with the supervisor
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
- Escalate difficult cases to the senior or legal team if required
