Job SummaryThe Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products safely, and ensuring timely order dispatch while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick products from store shelves or warehouse locations as per customer orders.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and expiry dates before packing.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during delivery.
- Label and organize packed orders for dispatch.
- Maintain accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks when required.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with delivery associates and store staff for timely order fulfillment.
- Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the supervisor.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification:
10th Pass / Intermediate (12th Pass preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift products during the shift.
