Job Description – RO Plant Technician

Location: Chennai

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Petrol Allowance

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated RO Plant Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with RO plants and a strong understanding of water treatment equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and maintain commercial and industrial RO plants.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues in RO systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown services.
- Replace RO membranes, filters, pumps, valves, dosing systems, and other components.
- Monitor water quality parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, and flow rate.
- Maintain accurate service reports and customer visit records.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.




- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the service team and report daily activities to the Service Manager.

Eligibility

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in RO plant installation and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of commercial and industrial water treatment systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within Chennai.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
