Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software testing to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications, including AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in manual and automated testing, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or software testing within an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
- Experience with Playwright for web application test automation.
- Exposure to automation scripting using Python and test automation frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and an interest in AI products, with a willingness to learn AI/model-testing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and consistent test documentation.
- Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, rapid-paced environment.
